Special Needs Planning
Pauken Legal Services helps responsible parties manage both care and assets for a person with disabilities to ensure any benefits they receive are never in jeopardy and that they receive appropriate services.
This involves wills and trusts, but also charitable giving and planning for families who may have a sibling or child with special needs. We also help families with children who have learning differences to navigate the process of obtaining supports and accommodations in the public-school setting.
